Payment in full is required at the time of purchase, including for custom orders. Ready-to-ship items will be mailed within three business days.

For custom orders, I’ll contact you with an estimated shipping date based on the item requested. Once a custom order is accepted, you’ll have 24 hours to cancel if needed. After that window, cancellations and refunds are not available.
